Medically-led — medically governed (CQC-registered, prescriber, or offers prescription-only injectables) but no single profession identified.
Nurse-led — led by a registered nurse (NMC / nurse prescriber).
Dentist-led — led by a dentist (GDC-registered / dental practice).
Pharmacist-led — led by a pharmacist prescriber (GPhC).
Beauty salon — non-medical beauty / aesthetics setting.
Unclassified — not enough evidence to assign a type.
